• Achieves annual sales revenue targets and market share for a designated territory.
• Creates and implements a territory business plan that maximizes profitability of current and future marketed products.
• Builds customer relationships and customer commitment through the use of professional selling and communication skills and represents the company in the marketplace in a highly ethical and professional manner.
• Detail sales presentations to pharmacists
• Create and manage territory sales to assigned target
• Identify new business opportunities and seek competitive market intelligence in order to maximize growth potential
• Evaluate and complete profitability analyses for potential business agreements with pharmacies
• Develop and maintain expense budgets related to territory activities
• Work within an expense budget allocated for designated territory

• Previous generic sales experience and/or a proven track record of selling in a pharmacy environment
• Previous experience managing a geographic territory, planning and maintaining a call cycle
• Entrepreneurial, focused and independent

• Experience in contract negotiations
